Buzz amongst nightlife traveled via flyers and word of mouth during the days of the late 80s throughout the 90s. These days society are spoiled by social media and technology, making tangible flyers hard to come by.

No Sleep is a visual history of the club life in New York City told through flyer art. The book features a collection of artwork from the personal archives of NYC DJs, promoters, club kids, nightlife impresarios, and the artists themselves. Notable DJ, producer and radio personality Stretch Armstrong joined hip-hop historian Evan Auerbach to create a book that is a representation a magical time in hip-hop culture.

Check out some of the flyers featured in the publication below and click here to purchase.
