Fashion’s It-Girl, Kristen Noel Crawley: The Rise Of KNC Beauty

When thinking of stylish it-girls in today’s fashion world a few come to mind but a few can execute like Kristen. The woman behind the brand KNC Beauty, Kristen Noel Crawley aka KDIA if you’ve been following her journey from the start; is a gallery owner, jewelry designer, and mogul in the making.

While traveling, Kristen first discovered lip masks while visiting Tokyo at 18. Not a fan of the ingredients used in these lip masks but inspired by the product, Kristen set out to make her own lip and eye masks and called her brand KNC Beauty. Her products are infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Licorice Root Extract, Aloe, Vitamin A, and Rosemary Extract. KNC Beauty lip masks are hard to miss they are everywhere and everyone swears by them. Some celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Luka Sabbat, Emma Stone, Hailey Bieber and many more have been seen sporting these products on social media.

Ladies, chapped lips are a no-no, sometimes our favorite lip balm or gloss is not cutting it. That’s okay because with this lip mask in 20 minutes your lips will be well moisturized, plump and better than they’ve ever looked before. You can wear these lip masks on your way to an event while taking a catnap or even on your lunch break.

Kristen has also dropped a few hints via Instagram that she will release a new KNC Beauty product soon which we are very excited about. Now available at Sephora and multiple other stores, you can purchase 1 for $5 or a 5-pack for $25 (which we recommend). We recently caught up with Kristen to ask her a few questions, check them out below:

What is your everyday skincare routine?
I love to try new products so I switch up my routine a lot. I do like to follow the double cleansing, double moisturizing mantra. A few of my favorite cleansers are from Dr. Barbara Sturm and Cle de Peau. After I’ll use an essence/toner then serums and moisturizers. My favorite creams are from La Mer.
Tell us what a regular day in the life of Kristen looks like/consist of?
Getting up early to get my kids ready for school. Then work mode – I try to get my work done early in the day so I have free time to run errands or just relax before my boys get home from school.
What motivates you every day to stay consistent and work hard?
The end goal. Consistency is hard but it’s worth it and you can see the results on a daily basis if you stick to it.
Do you see yourself ever venturing into the fashion industry as far as having your own clothing line or shoe?
I mean that would be a dream but I don’t have the time at the moment. I see my next career being in home furnishing/design or something to do with children. The fashion industry is incredibly demanding, I don’t think I have the discipline for it, to be honest… *laughs*
What did growing up in Illinois teach you at an early age and how did you apply this lesson to your everyday life?
I grew up with horses and a LOT of dogs! Being around animals so much taught me the value of hard work. When I rode horses I would clean stalls at the barn in exchange for lessons. I still remember the first time I fell off a horse – I was afraid for weeks after that to ride again but eventually, I did and excelled even further in my craft. That was the biggest lesson for me – when you fall, you have to get back up!

What is your go-to KNC beauty combo for a lazy afternoon?
Supa Balm, all day every day!
Following your journey since your KDIA RSVP Gallery days, would you go back to blogging and everyday outfit pics?
Heck no! LOL I respect bloggers because honestly its a lot of work. I don’t think people realize how much time these people put into creating content for other people to enjoy. I simply don’t have the time or desire to do that anymore.
What can we expect from KNC Beauty in the future, any collaborations in the works?
We’ve got a big collaboration coming out in 2020. It’s a dream come true honestly! We’ve also got a few new products coming out. I’ve finally figured out the method of creating and launching new products…
Name 5 women you looked up to or inspired you growing up.
I’ve always looked at the women in my family for inspiration. I’m blessed to have strong, smart women in my family. My mother, grandmother, and sister were always people who I wanted to emulate.
