whatever happened to some flintstone chewables. now, i’m reaching for 20 pound bottles of all kinds of vitamins i didn’t know existed just to ensure my my spine won’t shrink and my kids have one head and not two. watch out now, i maybe be the next jack lalane, pulling cars by my teeth and flexing for no reason when i’m 80!

NOTE: i advise everyone to get some vitamins (pronounced “vit-uh-mins”). we could grow old together reading each others blogs, awww. do not take the brand that rhymes with MENTRUM, only bc they have added fillers like sugar for no reason. healthfood store brands are good. some vitamins to think about are;

*a MULTI-VITAMIN (break in half and take one in the AM and one in the PM)
*CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM: 1000iud(magnesium helps tone down the constipation one would get from all that calcium. was that too much info? sorry.)
*DHA OMEGA 3: 600gms
*VITAMIN A: 5000iud
*VITAMIN D: 1000iud

    Right now I drink a vitamincocktail!
    And I take a “Zinc +C” tablet!
    You’re really right,it’s important to take enough vitamins!!
