i went to catholic school my whole life. i read the bible hundreds of times and at no point did i ever find something that damns homosexuals. i could be wrong. hmmm. maybe these people can read ARAMAIC (the original language in which the the BIBLE was written in) and maybe that holds the answers. or maybe after reading the heavily translated version, they came up with their own answers of what GOD likes and doesn’t like.
that’s fine. to each his own. you should be able to believe in what you want. if i judged them, i would be wrong…so, i won’t. i’ll just point out the humor in their protest steez.
*GOD BLESSED their style, i’m feeling that American flag sarong. i wonder if it’s “one size fits all”.
*i think if i hated something so badly, like raisins for instance…because, i HATE raisins. i wouldn’t walk around with a sign damning raisins or telling other people they should hate raisins. i really can’t stand raisins and want nothing to do with them…so, i avoid the topic altogether.

I am a Christian and do not agree with this protest. I believe that there is a way to express your opinion, but hatred is never the way to go…However, concerning the subject of homosexuality, I do not agree.
Like I said before I am a Christian and I do not know the strong differences in the Catholic bible but I do know that GOD specifically discusses homosexuality in the Christian bible.
In Leviticus 18:22 is says “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
Also in Leviticus 20:13 it says “If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination.”
These are clear examples in the Bible that show that homosexuality is not accepted by GOD.

I agree with 5 and 9…..However, whether you agree or disagree that homosexuality is a sin, God doesn’t hate people he hates the sin. Why would he hate the Lesbian but not you when you sin just as much as the next person? There is no sin that is greater on worse than the next, although in man’s eyes there definitely is.

I agree with lifesize barbie, the scripture does say so about homosexuality but one should respect life and teach christianity NOT make beligerent signs and direspect someone. First of all the bible nor JESUS CHRIST teaches us to assign ourselves the a particular denomination. that causes seperation and contradicts Jesus’ and the apostles’ teachings and doctrine. one church, one faith, one baptism. Oh My! Not ok. makes believers in God look kind of bad. But both cases there is a lack of knowledge. Pray for them both. Homosexuality is not approved by God in the bible it is in the old testament right along with beastiology. Although sin is sin. one commits adultery another lays to bed with the same sex … unfortunately if you do not ask forgiveness and be sincere about it both are heading to the same place. That is of course just for info if someones interested not to push any beliefs on anyone. and you can find out the verses about that in the old testament … i cant find it now but i had the same question and if you have a concordance you can find it easy peasy.
