2003. working at stussy on wooster street. art school. varsity jacket. jordan 3′s. two finger name ring (before i got held up at gun point in spanish harlem and replaced it with the three finger). eating at taco bell and hanging out at MAX FISH. sneaking into VIP parties. pre-blogs and before streetwear brands existed. the only place to get a “cool” t shirt was UNION. kicks hadn’t hit mega mainstream. BAPE was still a japanese export that NO ONE knew about.
*we all started at STUSSY/SUPREME/UNION and branched off to do our own thing. it’s amazing to see how things have changed so fast!
*me and ANGELO…now a photographer and creative director for SUPREME.
*JOE was at UNION when he started VINTAGEKICKS.COM which became CLIENTELE on LAFAYETTE…CHRIS left UNION NYC to work with LA UNION and UNDEFEATED.
*JUN/DJ…MATT SHOENBERG started CLARENDON…
*WIL WHITNEY managed STUSSY, left to start NOM DE GUERRE…now at NIKE SPORTSWEAR.
*CHRIS KEEFE started DAVES QUALITY MEAT…

i naturally have big beautiful eyebrows but I thinned them down (?) over the years.
and now i want to grow them back!
