* i misread “PLANT” as “PAINT” and i got excited thinking NIKE was targeting depressed artists, haha. then i realized what it said and then felt slightly bad that i’m not a jock.

thanks to the homie GREG KUBIE from HARPER COLLINS. ANGELO told me this book was a gem and he was right. i am so not a reader, it’s stupid…but, i can’t put this book down.

*it’s PATTI SMITH’S autobiography about her growing up, coming to NYC and her relationship with photographer ROBERT MAPPLETHORPE. it’s so good…all you aspiring artists should give it a read.

    omg, i was just looking at that book 2 days ago in the bookstore!

    and @ jess, theres nuthin wrong with reading about the journey of the ones who came before for inspiration and motivation. Chile Boo!
