This photo was taken in the Summer of 2006. Me and KUNLE aka EARSNOT were roomates. I was working at NIKE ID and he was working at ALIFE. This day was special. It was the official release of the ARI SNEAKERS. I remember that day, right before the event I picked up a pair of Christian Louboutins 5 inch espadrilles (before I would be entirely turned off by the “RED BOTTOM” trend and vowed never again…). I got off from work and took a cab to take a peak of the event happening in the back yard space. I didn’t stay long, but it was nice to see my roomie and homie KUNLE.

After flying back from my NIKE trip, I was a bit delirious and exhausted- but, I had work to do. Me and Q-TIP’s Friday party would be in effect, which meant I needed to be ready to go. I ate some good grub and took a nap and was almost as good as new!
