About a year ago I posted my newest wellness journey, drinking organic celery juice every morning on an empty stomach (a protocol by Medical Medium, Anthony Williams). Of course, here and there I’ve missed a day or a week (or two), but I have fully committed to it.

*Nutritional Value of celery juice?

A glass of celery juice only has about 40 calories. It contains the following important nutrients:

  • vitamins A, K, and C
  • beta carotene
  • flavonoids
  • phytonutrients
  • calcium
  • iron
  • magnesium
  • phosphorus
  • potassium

*The Quickest, Easiest Celery Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 head of organic celery
  • Splash of filtered water

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Nut-milk bag
  • Large bowl

Method

  1. Wash and roughly chop the head of celery into rough chunks.
  2. Add to a blender along with a splash of water (to help the blades spin).
  3. Blend for a few seconds until broken down.
  4. Pour into a large bowl through a nut-milk bag.
  5. Squeeze through the juice, and compost the remaining fiber in the nut-milk bag. Drink immediately for the most nutritional benefits.
