Anxiety affects everyone. Unfortunately, for some, it is a chronic affliction that makes simple tasks seem impossible to surmount.

Anxiety can be defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. However, for about 3 million people in the U.S., the feelings of impending doom and despair consume a vast majority of their life, compromising their livelihood and sense of inner peace.
