Last year, Off-White’s creator and new designer for Louis Vuitton’s Menswear Virgil Abloh teamed up with Nike to release “The Ten.” Within the collection , he designed and released the highly sought after pairs of Air Jordan 1s, Nike Air max 90s, Nike Air Presto, Nike Air Vapormax and Nike Blazer Mid, Converse Chuck Taylor, Nike Zoom Fly SP, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Nike React Hyperdunk 2017, and Nike Air Max 97.
This year Virgil Abloh is releasing two new additions to his collection. Recently news hit that Virgil had two new color ways of the Nike Blazer Mid releasing as well as two new versions of his Nike Air Vapormax that consists of a translucent bottom. The new Nike Blazer Mids that will be dropping include a black duplication (Black/Black-White) of what was released last year while the other Blazer will be releasing in Canvas with the classic off-white sole and the heel logo in orange.
In addition to these rereleases, the Flyknit Nike Air Vapormax that are set to release on March 30th on the other hand will be a replication of last year’s release except this time both flyknit black and white color-way versions of the sneaker will consist of translucent bottoms. The canvas Blazer will be sold in July while the black Blazer will be sold in September for $130. The March 30th release for Vapormax’s however will be sold for $250.
In addition to both of these releases, there is also a chance that Virgil will also be putting out two new versions of the Off-White X Nike Air Presto this year as well but there’s no word yet on the date that they will be releasing. What we do know however is that the Presto will consists of “AIR” across the heel counter while the Swoosh will be executed in the opposite shade, and the classic zip-tie and orange tag. The sneaker is supposedly priced at $160 but of course we will keep you updated on the release date.
