Kid Super directs Russ’s puppet themed “Cherry Hill” video

When it comes to super supported independent artists, Russ is definitely in the conversation. So what happens when you incorporate a great singer, a great designer with dope imagination, and a great director all for one visual ? You get greatness, that’s what you get.

Between 2016 and now, the Hip-Hop and R&B artist Russ has become a self-made platinum selling indie artist. His career  consists of a very solid fan base, lots of listeners via Soundcloud, many sold out shows, and of course no.1 hits. Russ premiered his first visual for “Losin Control” back in February of 2016 and now we get to see Russ get animated. Four months ago, Russ released a 20-track album entitled There’s Really A Wolf .

Recently the Hip-Hop and R&B artist teamed up with super designer Kid Super to tell a visual love story in puppet form for Russ’s fourth track on his album titled “Cherry Hill”. Between the movements, the scenes, out of the box imagery, and color executed by David Wept, the visual definitely deserves your attention.
