I went to bed easily and early last night and woke up feeling great. Wide awake and ready to go…
12:00 PM – JUICE 1 (GREENS): This is my least favorite or preferred. I take it along with me to an interview with FOOTWEAR NEWS. I chug through and feel proud. I guess it’s not so bad, I’m cleansing and I need these Greens to do their business!
2:00 PM – JUICE 2 (P.A.M.): This one is delicious and such a treat after the Greens! I’m drinking water in between, but not as much as I should.
3:30 PM – JUICE 3 (GREENS): Again, not the most pleasant of the bunch.
5:30 PM – JUICE 4 (SPICY LEMONADE): I grabbed this one sipped while watching Bad Girls Club which gave me the worst headache, not the juice – the show. Anyways, at this point after not feeling hungry I start to feel hunger pangs which disappear in a few minutes.
10:00 PM – JUICE 5 (GREENS): The greens have gotten harder to sip, but I gulp it down at the thought of that Cashew Milk coming up. I still feel good and energized, even more focused.
11:30 PM – JUICE 6 (CASHEW MILK): This little drink makes it all worth it. It’s gone in seconds and I’m left with wanting more.
OVERALL: I feel great, super light and very energetic. Although I miss food, I wish I could do this cleanse longer than 3 days. It’s so easy and convenient.
