as part of FASHIONS NIGHT OUT the NIKE store will be having a jumpoff at the 21 MERCER store in SOHO. for all of you who are in town and don’t want to attend any fancy pants fashion parties, but want to hang for a good cause — the NIKE party will be a nice halfway point of fashion and street.
i’ll be playing tunes for the evening, come check me. if you know you are coming and have a song you’d like to hear, leave a comment and let me know what it is.

getting real mail from friends is one of my favorites, but getting a package that you didn’t expect is even better. especially, when that package reads NIKE. today, i got a nice little box from my friend PAUL RIVERA over at NIKE and it was a fresh pair of the LEBRON “BIG APPLES”. i’ve been on a sneaker strike lately (because when you truly love something you can truly be over it at times)…but, these adorable babies are going on my ashy feet asap!
(a special sorry to YOUNG SCOOZLE who is hating because he actually plays and watches basketball and i still don’t understand a PICK & ROLL after him explaining it 12 times).

NIKE TECHPACK x ME interview…
this is an old one. um…um…um…
NIKE Casette Player Party + PEPSI afterparty!
at 7pm, the PEPSI retail event ended but would resume at 9 for the afterparty. there was also a NIKE event happening for the release of the CASSETTE PLAYER kicks release. i was exhausted, but knew i had to shake babies and kiss hands.
my girl GRACE LADOJA from london email introduced CARRI from (Cassette Player) and I, so i definitely wanted to support her event.
*DEMETRIA and JOSH, whats up with some kicks. you guys been slackin’ on your mackin’!
*CARRIE was super sweet. not to mention, her kicks were RETARDED! seriously.

um, Nike Tech Pack and, um, me.
so, GAVIN at NIKE asked me to be apart of their new NIKE TECH PACK piece for the new line. they photographed and interviewed young artists from around the world…and posted it (to my dismay) on youtube. there are some
thanks to GAVIN for giving me the opportunity. it was fun and they sent me some dope kicks as well as a framed picture of me looking like an angry refugee–haha.
