i can’t talk about the project, but as soon as i can – i’ll be sure to let you guys know all about it. words cannot explain how excited i am to be apart of this. thanks to the entire team for another great production!!!

*im addicted to COFFEE BEAN! everytime i’m in LA i have at least 3 ICE BLENDED VANILLA drinks a day. the powder they use is delicious! we NEED one on the east coast.

*it was cold in LA (surprisingly)…well, compared to NYC which is still 90 degrees at night. i went to THE GROVE MALL to purchase some jeans since i only packed shorts 
*SWINGERS for a quick bite to eat…and the only bite we had time for the entire day.
*KAREEM said my pile of QUINOA looked like an ant hill. it was good though.

ok, i’m really not going to comment about this day because it’s probably similar to all the things everyone is thinking and feeling – and talking about the obvious would kill the moment. anyways…
here’s how i watched the event!
SKY invited me to a brunch that PEPSI was holding at CAFE SELECT where there would be free food and live coverage of the INAUGURATION! special thanks to COLTRANE CURTIS and LISA CHU
*i previewed PEPSI NATURAL and it was delicioso!
*they gave out giftbags and these cute little OBAMA logo chains made by GABE URIST!
NIKE Casette Player Party + PEPSI afterparty!
at 7pm, the PEPSI retail event ended but would resume at 9 for the afterparty. there was also a NIKE event happening for the release of the CASSETTE PLAYER kicks release. i was exhausted, but knew i had to shake babies and kiss hands.
my girl GRACE LADOJA from london email introduced CARRI from (Cassette Player) and I, so i definitely wanted to support her event.
*DEMETRIA and JOSH, whats up with some kicks. you guys been slackin’ on your mackin’!
*CARRIE was super sweet. not to mention, her kicks were RETARDED! seriously.

our stay at NIKE was super brief. we headed to PEPSI, to check out the NORE performance.

PEPSI x VIOLETTE RETAIL POP-UP SHOP!
SATURDAY was freezing cold, but lots of fun. not only was i featured among some really amazing brands, but i also had a chance to meet customers face to face ELLE and I were running on 3 hours sleep, the aftermath of my friday night party and then having to be up at 8am. eesh.

*SAMANTHA and CHRIS all the way from FRUITION in LAS VEGAS. they were by far, the best dresed couple there. they looked like a the coolest couple from highschool in the early 90′s.
i have no pictures of the other brands; like STAPLE (thanks for the stickers), ORCHARD STREET (thanks for the pizza), HELLZ BELLZ (thanks LANIE for the tee), COMMONWEALTH and CUBANNIE LINKS. everyone was super cool!

*these cute customers from GERMANY, FRANCESCA and ANNA, came in and bought a lot of pieces. Anna told me she reads my blog and i got so geeked i had to take their picture. shout out to them and to my German peeps, i need to go back and visit soon!
