Basquiat x The Skateroom Are Bringing Art To Boards

The collision of skate culture and art have become one and the same with the newest collaboration between Jean-Michel Basquiat‘s estate and The Skateroom. Both parties are no strangers to one another–as they first joined forces in 2015 to bring skate decks brushed in the late Basquiat’s iconic work. New board sets have now joined the collection and range anywhere from $200-$800–depending on which specific Basquiat branded skate deck you desire. Some are available with one print, while others feature a severed set, which, when placed together create the full image of a painted piece. Even better, for the benefit of the community, a portion of the purchase proceeds will go to Skateistan–who’ve made it their mission as an international non-profit to empower the youth via skating and scholastics.

Head to The Skateroom to see check out the exclusive selection of boards.
