Snatch That Body, Sis: How To Get Right Quick For Spring Break

It’s almost time to snatch edges, name plates, men, women and many more things with your New spring break body! Many of us are wondering how to snatch our bodies to perfection! Well, I’ve got great news. It’s not that hard at all.

The 30 day challenge:

1. Exercise every morning or night for 30 days straight.
For exercise regimens, everyone’s body is different. Follow these instagrams accounts to figure out what exactly you want to tone and lose.

2. Drink Hella Water
-There is literally nothing better than drink the recommended 8 bottles of water a day. Not only for you to have a banging body but for you to function and live normally! It improves your skin, digestive system, and overall improves your ENTIRE life.

3. Veggies are your best friend!

Even if you don’t get that Teyana Taylor type body in 30 days, it’s ok. A healthy body and diet is a lifestyle not just a 30 day challenge.
