Steve Lacy Drops New Single “Moron”

If you’ve been following the collective of The Internet, you’ve seen them on a constant move. Not only have they been busy running their own Beats 1 show, they’ve also released solo projects.

Back In February, the youngest member in the group, Steve Lacyreleased his EP entitled Steve Lacy’s Demo. The six-track EP included songs like “Some,” “Dark Red,” and “Ryk.” Right when we thought he gave us the complete project, it seems we got ahead of ourselves. Over the weekend the bass player/producer surprised us with a new track entitled, “Moron,” as another piece of the project. With his latest release and recent contributions to albums like GoldLink‘s At What Cost, and his band members’ projects like Syd’s Fin and Matt Martian’s The Drum Chord Theory, we’re almost positive that more is on the way this year from the 18-year-old. Until then, check out the new-new below.
