A game of beach volleyball works on a number of muscles while also helps with your stamina. Beach Volleyball is a fun team building sport. So the next time you hit the beach with your friends and family don’t forget the volleyball.

5. Kayaking

Being in or around the water can be very therapeutic. If you’re looking for something to do in the water besides swimming then give kayaking a try this summer. Although kayaking mostly works on your upper body, you are also using muscles in the center of your body and back. However, before getting equipment and getting into the water it is advised to take a beginner’s class.
