Anyone who knows Vashtie knows that she loves her Gold. Vashtie Kola is synonymous to gold. It is as if she has the mineral pumping in her veins. Well..maybe not that extreme, but you know what I mean. Back in January of last year, Vashtie gifted herself with new Gold pieces for christmas. Vashtie even collaborated with Casio G-Shock, creating a limited edition all gold ladies watch.Of course, gold looks good on any complexion of skin, as the fashion trend have been around for centuries.  But did you know that wearing Gold can also benefit your health? A lot of people don’t know that gold actually have healing properties.

Wearing gold can benefit you both internally and externally, whether you are looking for tighter and supple skin or even to attract more wealth. In many cultures those who believes in the power of gold, wears the metal to attract happiness, luck and even love. In the Indian and Persian Culture, wearing Gold jewelry prevents dark energy from entering the body. Protecting the wearer from negative energies and offering spiritual healing is also provided from wearing gold. Gold denotes prosperity, wealth and royalty, a belief that has already been established in ancient China, Indian and Persia. Its said as long as a woman wears a gold ring on her left hand and a man on his right hand, you are sure to attract both luck and prosperity.

Gold has been around since the beginning of time, rappers from the 70s and 80s all knew how significantly important it was. The more Gold you wore, the more rich you appeared. However, as we approached the 21st century, Gold became outdated while platinum chains with diamonds became more popular. Although Gold may have lost its eminence in the hip-hop game, it didn’t lose its overall value. Vashtie not only wears her gold everyday, she lives by it. Whether you see her wearing gold around her neck, on her hands or even her on grills,  she has managed to integrate it to her brand and lifestyle.
