35 years ago, the world was fortunate enough to be graced with a star named Justin Timberlake. Whether you grew up in the *NSYNC era, or became acquainted with the JT that gave us hits like “Rock Your Body”, “SexyBack” and “Spaceship Coupe”, Justin’s musical talents have surely acted as a soundtrack to your life at one point or another.
After the singer and his pop group, *NSYNC, had a smooth and successful run in the ’90s, Justin appeared in the Disney Channel original movie classic, “Model Behavior”, and released his debut solo album, Justified, in 2002. Justin sold 7 million copies worldwide and even received two Grammy Awards in 2004 for “Best Pop Vocal Album” and “Best Male Pop Vocal Performance”. Since then, Justin has worked with Jay-Z, Timberland, Pharrell, 50-cent, T.I., Rihanna, Madonna and many more.
As he continued with his music career, Justin landed lead roles in cult classics like Alpha Dog, The Social Network–which received over 30 awards alone from Golden Globes to the Phoenix Film Critics Awards–and Friends With Benefits. Most recently, the blue-eyed crooner also earned an Oscar nomination for his original song, “Cant Stop The Feeling”, a track created for the Dreamworks animated film, Trolls.
With a career that’s spans two decades, it’s clear nothing can stop JT from winning.
