Fitness Friday: Intensify Your Workouts With Resistance Bands!

At-home workouts can be a major time-saver, but you can hit a plateau pretty quickly. That’s where resistance bands come in. Resistance bands were designed to force your muscles to work a little harder. Often the bands will come in packs, in which there are a bands with varying  resistance levels. You can wear bands around your body parts, such as your thighs or arms, or you can get a hook attachment and attach them to objects. Check out these targeted exercises to take your workouts to the next level.
