Feburay 24th, Future’s first studio album, Pluto, will be brought to vinyl for the first time by Omertà inc. Omertà is a London based company specialized in bringing hip hop classics to vinyl. They plan to release two hip hop albums a month starting with Pluto, and G Perico’s Shit Don’t Stop.
Omertà told The FADER, “Hip Hop has its roots firmly in vinyl culture but in recent years the format has been left behind with the increase in digital releases and mixtapes. Omertà . . . is born out of a love of hip hop, mixtape culture and years of collecting vinyl.”
Pluto will be limited to 500 copies pressed into blue, purple & white tie-dye vinyl, while Shit Don’t Stop will be on split blue & white color vinyl. All copies will be hand numbered in gold pen. You can pre-order your copy here.
