Listen to an Unreleased A$AP Rocky & SpaceGhostPurrp Track Titled “R.I.P. Yams

If you’ve been watching A$AP Rocky since his marvelous rise in 2011, then you should remember a Florida fellow named SpaceGhostPurrp constantly by his side. The rappers two were two peas in a mod, both sharing admiration for southern-drapped rap style and culture. But of course, all things come to an end. Which is why it is now shocking to see a new collaboration between the two appearing on Soundcloud today.

The unreleased song, titled “R.I.P. Yams,” appears to be an old track possibly recorded years ago. As noted by XXL, the track shares the same production as Denzel Curry’s “Ridin in the Back,” and it may sound similar to Wiz Khalifa’s “T.A.P.” — which is also produced by SpaceGhostPurrp with his classic Mortal Kombat sample.

Listen to the lo-hi track below and loopback back at a timeline of Rocky and Purrp’s beef.
