Rich The Kid &Off-White collab for the skate culture

Earlier this month, rapper Rich The Kid took a trip  with Complex on an episode of Sneaker Shopping. On the episode, Rich The Kid and Complex‘s Joe La Puma explore New York’s Stadium Good’s to get a feel of what excites the rapper and what doesn’t in the retail world of sneakers. As Rich explained growing up between NY and Atlanta and his love for skateboarding, Joe asked how he felt about artists getting their own sneaker.  Coincidentally the rapper responded that him and designer /creative director Virgil Abloh were working on an Off-White sneaker dedicated to the skate culture that was on the way.  Being that Virgil has been releasing “The Ten” collection throughout the year (Air Jordan 1, Nike Air max 90, Nike Air Presto, Nike Air Vapormax and Nike Blazer Mid, Converse Chuck Taylor, Nike Zoom Fly SP, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Nike React Hyperdunk 2017 and Nike Air Max 97),  we should probably take his word for it.  To peep the full announcement and everything leading up to it, peep the Complex episode below:
