2 cups frozen raspberries
1 large frozen banana
2/3 cup light coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional garnishes: shredded coconut, shaved dark chocolate, hazelnuts, chia seeds, edible flowers

¼ cup flaked unsweetened coconut roughly chopped
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract if you’re not on Whole30
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
1-2 tablespoons date paste to taste

1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/8 tsp pepper

8 oz organic mushrooms of your choice
12 leaves organic kale stems removed, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil for cooking
