Sixteen years ago, Outkast released their fourth studio album, Stankonia, which features tracks such as “So Fresh, So Clean” and “Ms. Jackson”. The album came at the top of the millennium a time when the future of the Hip-Hop was unknown and Outkast continued to take risks. The Atlanta duo pushed forward with experimental sounds, flows and tempos resulting in high-impact classics such as “B.O.B.”. Produced by Earthtone III, a group including Andre 3000 and Mr. DJ, the song goes on at high speed with warped gospel vocals to match the group’s frenetic rhymes.
To accompany the energy of the song we get a psychedelics-inspired video that is impossible to forget. Check out the video below and reminisce with us. Also, if you’re looking for Halloween costume inspo, Andre 3000 and Big Boi are gold.
